General Instructions

• Posters at the ISJNI 2019 will be presented as paper posters,

• Posters must be hung on April 25th before 09:30 hours and taken down on April 27th after 16:00 hrs,

• Authors are responsible for setting up and removing their posters. All the material necessary for attaching the poster to the poster board is available at the posters’ help desk in the respective poster area.

 

Formating Instructions

• Posters should be prepared in portrait format of dimensions NO MORE than 61 cm long and 91.5 cm high,

• Please make sure that your poster can be read easily from a distance of 2 meters,

• Posters must be written entirely in French or English,

• Each poster must contain the following sections :

  • Poster title, author(s) and affiliation(s),

  • Background,

  • Methods,

  • Findings,

  • Conclusion,

  • Not more than 3 bibliographic references,

Tables, graphs, diagrams and illustrations should be used as needed to enhance interpretability.

Professor's Rounds

Professor’s Rounds will be on April 25th between 15:00 - 17:00 at which time the Presenting Author will have 4 minutes to present a synopsis of their work followed by 3 minutes to respond to questions.
