Submission & Registration

SELECTION CRITERIA

Participants will be selected based on the scientific merit of their abstract and the diversity of relevant subfields, aligning with the theme of the workshop. 

ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

If you would like to submit an abstract, it should indicate that your research is in line with the various subtopics relevant to the workshop. Abstracts should be no longer than 250 words.

Abstract submission is not mandatory for participation

If you don’t wish to submit an abstract, you will need to submit a Statement of Purpose indicating why this workshop is relevant to you and what you expect to achieve from it. If you are a student, please mention the degree program and institute you are currently enrolled in. The statement of purpose should not be longer than 200 words.

Registration fees 

  • Students attending the Symposium:             150 DHS​

  • Students attending ONLY the Workshop:    200 DHS
